Elliot Bogod moved to New York in the late 1980's and he founded A&I Broadway Realty nearly a decade ago. Some of his more prominent residential sales include various coops and condo apartments in a multitude of buildings all over Manhattan including pre-construction apartments in residential conversion towers such as Downtown by Phillip Starck.
